Ingredients:
Atta - 1 1/2 bowls
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 5 - 6 pearls
Green chillies - 2 nos
Pepper powder - 1 table spoon
Jeera powder - 1 table spoon
Ghee - 5 table spoons
Coriander (Finely chopped) - 3 table spoons
Salt - To taste
1. Grind Ginger, garlic and Green chillies into a fine paste.
2. Take Atta in a bowl.
3. Add salt, pepper powder, jeera powder, chopped coriander and Grated cabbage.
4. Mix throughly.
5. Add water little by little and bring the mixture into a tight dough.
6. Add 3 table spoons of melted ghee and mix it gently.
7. Divide it into 8 equal balls.
8. Roll it with the rolling pin into parathas.
9. Heat the tawa and cook the parathas by adding a teaspoon of oil and turning it and cooking both the sides.
10.Serve with curd and pickle.
